STRANGE HIGH HOUSE is proud to present: A Split CS from Canadian outfit BLACK IRON PRISON (ex-COLUMN OF HEAVEN, THE ENDLESS BLOCKADE, etc) and CLEAN (Providence, RI, USA).

BLACK IRON PRISON offers 5 short bursts of harsh Vocal and Drum bombardment. A blanket rejection of traditional rock modeled bands, eschewing established extreme music trends, Black Iron Prison have stripped their outfit down to only pummeling drum patterns (aided by electronic triggers) and insane vocal delivery. The result is bold, ugly, and real. A far step away from the music members may be best known for; King & Carroll are charting new aural territory with this polarizing and quizzical project. 

CLEAN materialize one new disgusting vision of murky and frantic ritual. Filthy with Low end, frenzied vocals, and scrap metal abuse, all crudely executed in a burning moment of hatred and understanding. Some wicked alchemy of Noise & Metal, the result is greater than the sum of it's parts: BLOOD TABOOED.

Post-Halloween Update

Clean is back from Not Dead Yet 2015. It was a great time, Thank You to all who came out to the weird-heavy gig at Coalition over any other of the crazy shows that night. 

In related news, SHH label has released a 2nd pressing of Clean "Hell So Strong". Same tunes on pro-dubbed C32 tapes, with sharp new packaging to compensate for the rushed appearance of the first edition, which was finished just barely in time for tour with The Body in May 2015.

CLEAN "2" - Cassette Now Available

The second Clean cassette is now available. Similar to the first tape, this is a C15 with two tracks - "Yield To The Magnetic Fluids About" b/w "Thrown A Live Ember".

      A better recording quality clarifies the absolutely Devilish electronics of "Magnetic Fluids", as well as the instrumentation of  "Thrown...", repetitive, plodding, driving....A post-mortem anthem that will have the Corpses twitching in their metal boxes.

Edition of 40. Comes with a metal charm (not pictured).

CLEAN II [October 31, 2014]

Clean continues their Strange Activity with this second offering of bottomed-out Hell rock, a C15 cassette featuring two new songs recorded this past Halloween. Rhythmic, repetitive, hypnotic. Short run of tapes available locally.

CLEAN

Clean is a new band from Providence that released a short demo tape in September, 2014. While the original pressing of 20 copies for a local show sold out immediately, SHH will be releasing a longer Clean cassette in the near future!

Clean stumble along that shady street that is somewhere near the intersection of primitive black metal and power electronics. Ultra repetitive, bass heavy rhythms and drums battle with a thick layer of feedback grime and truly hellish vocals.
